“So, I started my new job barely a year ago. Everything was fun and games and people were awesome. We were just a small startup that was bought over by a bigger corporation but had yet to merge completely so we just shared a space and do our own thing.

However, since the beginning of this year, we merged and we started to function as a big corporation and that is when everything goes wrong for me. Working as a big agency, everything became political in a way. My upper bosses used to know everything inside out about the business but with the new change of management, my bosses knew nothing and it makes me pissed. Everything that I respect and adore about this company, besides my colleagues, is gone. I no longer have the passion to work and fight for them. I am just taking everything in moderation now until I get myself out of here.”
